Will anyone pressure me to purchase a property?
No. However, if you find a property, on this tour or anytime in the future, we will certainly be happy to assist you with the purchase.
Will I be under any obligation to use the sponsors of the Connecticut Foreclosure Tours?
No. We highly recommend you chose the vendor/service professional that best suits your needs and that you feel most comfortable with.
Where is the Bus Tour meeting point?
See our Tour Schedule for specific locations. All locations have adequate parking.
Are children allowed on the Bus Tour?
No. Due to limited seating, child safety seats and the condition of some foreclosed properties, children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the Tours. Please call if you have any further questions pertaining this matter (203) 639-9092.
Are we allowed to take pictures?
Yes. We encourage it, we will be visiting between 5-6 foreclosed properties and taking pictures is a great way for you to remember each property.
Do we stop for a break?
Yes. We will stop for one break which will be approximately between 15-20 minutes long.
What should I wear?
Remember properties usually do not have heat or air conditioning. Please dress appropriate for weather conditions and wear flat shoes.
How do I reserve my seat?
You must register and fill out the appropriate forms. Unfortunately, if you currently have an Exclusive Buyers Agency Agreement with another Real Estate agent you will not be able to take any of our tours.
Do I have to re-register all my info for each tour?
No. After the initial registration you will be assigned a buyer/broker number. This number will automatically register your information. You will still need to sign a waiver/indemnity form for each tour.
Will I receive information on the foreclosed properties?
Yes. Information packets will be distributed on the Bus before the tour begins.
